야미코리아는 저작권 신고를 검토하고, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠에 적절한 조치를 합니다. 이 페이지는 사이트 신고 및 이의 제기 방법을 안내합니다. 미국 DMCA 대리인 등록이나 면책 자격을 주장하는 안내가 아닙니다.

3. 권리 확인

Yami Korea reviews copyright complaints and takes appropriate action on content that infringes others' rights. This page explains the site's reporting and dispute process. It does not claim registration as a United States DMCA agent or a legal safe harbor.

1. How to report and identify the URL

A copyright owner or authorized representative can email a report in English or Korean. Give the exact URL of each page at issue so we can locate and investigate it, for example https://ym-05.com/videos/example. If you cannot find the exact URL, provide a title, posting date, screenshot or other locating details. Your report need not follow the template word for word.

2. Information to include

Your full name, email and another reliable contact method; a postal address when required for a formal rights claim.

5. Incomplete or unrelated reports

We review a report's substance even when its format differs from the template. If a URL, contact detail or evidence is missing or unclear, we may ask for reasonable clarification and continue the review when it arrives. A formatting mistake alone does not automatically close a potentially valid report.

We explain when material cannot be located or a rights claim has insufficient support. Requests about a search term, category or mere trademark mention may need a basis other than copyright. An underlying file outside our control may need to be reported to its own provider.

6. Review, restriction and repeat infringement

We check the target, evidence, posting rights and relevant context, and may ask either party for more information. Where appropriate, we remove or restrict content or links within our service, preserve necessary records and notify the parties when feasible and lawful. We may consider additional account restrictions for repeated or serious infringement. If we need more evidence or must resolve a complex ownership question, we will explain why and continue the review.

7. Disputes and statutory procedures

8. Privacy violations and illegal content

Use the same email for exposed personal information, non-consensual intimate imagery, suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal content.
