야미코리아는 이 사이트의 회원 기능, 게시판 및 영상 서비스를 운영하면서 아래와 같이 정보를 처리합니다. 이 방침은 사이트에서 처리하는 정보와 이용자의 요청 방법을 설명합니다.

1. 수집·생성되는 정보

회원가입과 계정 운영에는 아이디, 비밀번호의 단방향 해시값, 닉네임, 이메일 주소가 사용됩니다. 이용자가 입력하거나 해당 기능을 사용하는 경우 이름, 프로필 소개·서명·이미지, 연락처 또는 본인확인·성인인증 관련 정보가 기록될 수 있습니다. 현재 사이트의 본인확인 기능은 비활성화되어 있습니다.

서비스 이용 중 게시물, 댓글, 업로드 파일과 영상, 메시지, 문의·신고, 스크랩, 추천, 포인트 및 계정 활동 기록이 생성될 수 있습니다. 접속 IP, 로그인·방문 시각, 조회 기록, 브라우저·기기 정보와 서버 로그도 처리됩니다.

2. 수집 방법

가입·프로필·게시·신고·문의 화면에 이용자가 직접 입력한 정보를 받습니다. 로그인, 탐색, 영상 재생 및 기능 이용 중 기록이 생성되며, 웹서버와 서비스 분석 도구는 기술·이용 정보를 자동으로 수집합니다.

4. 보유 및 삭제 시점

회원 정보는 계정 이용 중 보유합니다. 현재 탈퇴 기능은 계정을 탈퇴 상태로 표시하지만 회원 데이터베이스의 행을 즉시 삭제하지 않습니다. 작성한 게시물·댓글, 업로드한 파일, 포인트 및 신고 관련 기록은 별도로 처리하기 전까지 남을 수 있습니다. 서버 로그와 분석 기록에 모든 항목에 공통으로 적용되는 자동 삭제 기간은 확인되지 않았습니다.

삭제 요청이 있으면 기록별로 확인하여 법적 의무, 분쟁 대응 및 다른 사람의 권리를 고려한 뒤 삭제하거나 식별할 수 없게 처리합니다. 특정 기록의 보유 기간이나 삭제 가능 여부는 아래 문의처로 확인할 수 있습니다.

5. 쿠키·세션·브라우저 저장소

PHP 세션은 로그인과 사이트 기능에 사용됩니다. 자동 로그인을 선택하면 관련 쿠키가 설정됩니다. 방문 집계, 성인 안내와 공지 표시 설정 등에도 쿠키가 사용됩니다. 최근 검색어, 화면 설정, 일부 영상 환경 설정은 브라우저 저장소에 저장될 수 있습니다. Google Analytics도 이용 현황 측정에 쿠키 등 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다.

브라우저에서 쿠키와 저장소를 지우거나 제한할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 로그아웃되거나 일부 기능과 설정이 초기화될 수 있습니다.

6. 서비스 제공업체와 외부 콘텐츠

호스팅·네트워크 제공업체와 Cloudflare는 사이트 및 영상 전송·보호에 필요한 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 사이트에는 이용 현황 파악을 위한 Google Analytics가 설정되어 있습니다. 외부 영상, 링크 또는 스크립트를 이용하는 화면에서는 해당 제공업체에 IP 주소와 브라우저 정보가 전달될 수 있습니다. 각 제공업체의 보유·처리 방식은 해당 서비스와 사이트 설정의 영향을 받습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

8. 탈퇴 및 삭제 요청 절차

회원 탈퇴는 계정에서 신청할 수 있습니다. 별도 삭제가 필요한 정보는 해당 계정 또는 정확한 URL과 요청 내용을 이메일로 보내주십시오. 야미코리아는 관련 기록을 확인하고 필요한 신원 확인과 권리 검토를 거쳐 삭제, 접근 제한 또는 비식별 처리 여부를 결정하고 결과를 안내합니다. 백업과 로그는 별도 처리가 필요할 수 있어 화면에서 사라진 정보가 모든 사본에서 즉시 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.

9. 보안

회원 비밀번호는 평문이 아닌 단방향 해시로 저장되며, 공개 사이트는 HTTPS를 사용합니다. 계정과 관리자 기능에는 사이트의 인증·권한 기능이 적용됩니다. 계정 도용이 의심되면 아래 문의처로 알려주십시오.

10. 이용자가 게시한 콘텐츠

게시물, 댓글, 프로필 및 업로드한 자료는 사용하는 기능에 따라 다른 사람에게 공개될 수 있습니다. 타인의 개인정보나 게시 권한이 없는 콘텐츠를 올리지 마십시오. 권리 침해, 사생활 침해, 동의 없는 성적 촬영물 또는 불법 콘텐츠 신고는 검토 후 필요한 조치를 할 수 있습니다. 저작권 신고와 이의 제기는 저작권 침해 신고 및 삭제 정책을 참고하십시오.

Privacy Policy

Yami Korea processes information to operate the site's accounts, forums and video features. This policy explains the information handled by the site and how to make a request.

1. Information collected or generated

Accounts use a login ID, a one-way password hash, nickname and email address. A name, profile text, signature, image, contact details or identity and adult-verification information may be recorded if you provide them or use the relevant feature. The site's identity-verification feature is currently disabled.

Using the service may generate posts, comments, uploaded files and videos, messages, inquiries and reports, saved items, recommendations, points and account activity. The site also handles IP addresses, login and visit times, view records, browser and device information, and server logs.

2. Collection methods

We receive information entered in account, profile, posting, report and inquiry forms. Other records arise when you sign in, browse, play video or use site features. The web server and analytics tools automatically collect technical and usage information.

3. Purposes

Identify members and operate sign-in, accounts and profiles.
Provide requested post, comment, video and points features.
Answer inquiries and reports, and resolve rights claims or disputes.
Prevent abuse, maintain security, diagnose faults and understand site use.
Send promotional messages only where the relevant feature and separate consent apply.

4. Retention and deletion

Account information is held while an account is active. The current withdrawal function marks an account as withdrawn but does not immediately delete its member database row. Posts, comments, uploads, points and report records may remain until handled separately. No single automatic deletion period has been verified for all server and analytics records.

After a deletion request, we review each record and remove or de-identify it where appropriate, considering legal obligations, dispute records and others' rights. Contact us about the retention or deletion of a specific record.

5. Cookies, sessions and browser storage

PHP sessions support sign-in and site functions. Choosing automatic sign-in sets related cookies. Cookies also support visit counting, age notices and notice preferences. Recent searches, interface settings and some video preferences may be stored in the browser. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to measure site use.

You can clear or restrict cookies and browser storage in your browser. This may sign you out or reset certain features and settings.

6. Providers and external content

Hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare, may process connection information needed to deliver and protect the site and videos. Google Analytics is configured to measure site use. Pages using external video, links or scripts may transmit your IP address and browser information to those providers. Their processing and retention depend on the provider and site settings.

Information may also be disclosed within the scope you choose to make public, with valid consent or when required by law.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing. You can edit available account fields directly. Send other requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity or authority and will explain any applicable limitation.

8. Withdrawal and deletion requests

You can request account withdrawal through your account. For separate deletion, email the account or exact URL and explain your request. Yami Korea identifies the records, verifies identity where needed, reviews the rights involved, and decides whether to delete, restrict or de-identify them, then explains the outcome. Backups and logs may require separate handling; removal from a page does not mean immediate deletion from every copy.

9. Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes rather than plain text, and the public site uses HTTPS. Account and administrator features use the site's authentication and permission controls. Report suspected account misuse to the contact below.

10. Content you contribute

Posts, comments, profile details and uploads may be visible to others according to the feature used. Do not post another person's private information or material you have no right to share. Reports about rights violations, privacy, non-consensual intimate imagery or illegal content may lead to appropriate action after review.
